Depends on where your stop is playing/the focus of your STOPs.
Focuses:
Balanced blocking and tackling - Break Block, Hold Block, Make Tackle pieces. Need Speed/Agility/Strength/Blocking/Tackling/Vision
Fumble Forcing Focus - Break Block, Make Tackle, two Force Fumbles. Need Speed/Agility/Tackling/Strength/Vision
Hold Block Focus - Make Tackle, Break Block, two hold Block pieces. Need Speed/Agility/Strength/Vision/Blocking
Your Front Wedge and your Back Wedge should all try to keep their speed and agility in line. I like a lot of agility on my Back Wedge blockers.
So you need to pick players with the right combination of majors and minors to fit whatever strategy you are employing with your STOP players. Seems like a lot of WL teams go with force fumble types, and many LBers got converted to work special teams to deal out the monster hits. I like a balance of hold block types with balanced types myself.

There's also different trains of thought within the FF focus. Some guys like weight (for more momentum directly), while others like lighter guys (for more momentum through speed, lower energy usage, generally better SAs).
One of the dudes on my farm team is trying making gigantic o-linemen (will have to buy MH bonus SA)

DT's are actually pretty good because you can get high weight and quite a few good majors. Once you pick up pancake as your bonus SA you can pretty much accomplish everything you need through their run stuffing tree and pancake SA.
