Hello, Frank Zappa and I have just purchased the Sauble Beach Shockers (formerly San Jose Something).
We're looking for:
- Defensive Coordinator
What we expect:
- Individual Game Tactics, for games against human teams.
- Keep agents informed on what the gameplan is, I've been on teams where we don't even know if the coordinators are alive so it's nice to know the drill.
- Be there to answer questions, I encourage agents to talk to coordinators directly via PM when they have an issue so no one gets hungout to dry in the team forum.
- Be here long term, not much is expected this season but we need someone here to develop and improve AI's long term, no 1 season wonders please.
Because we just purchased this team a few days ago we don't expect to be competitive this season. In fact while recruiting I've found 95% of the players in our age group have already signed elsewhere. Next season we'll be very competitve as I'll be putting all my recruiting magic to work. This season will be one to generate and improve AI's. I'm an easy owner to get along with I'll let you do your thing, as long as players get equal playing time I won't have much to say.
