Because now people can't go the nonboosting way and beat everyone that actually pays to play. If you want to nonboost, you are going to get smoked because you're likely going to end up in the company of at least one team that outlevels the shit out of you.

In your case, this player http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2192643 caused you to be put in this age group. He was 5 days over the lower cap, so you get moved here since he was ineligible to play in the lower cap but he was still on your team. And I'm sorry to say, but that's the owner's fault for not realizing that and releasing him.

I actually PM'd the owner and he refused to release him. He told me that he was a good friend or some shit. Trust me, I thought that the idea of holding up the team for a 5 day too old dot was ridiculous. I sure this will be my last season with the team anyways; time to move on....
