Let me school all you career minor beleaguers in something:
Average Player Value - Probably the most important number to success there is. Builds win championships. The Cobra Kai for example is currently at 776.18, while our effective lvl is 55. When you look at our league the top three goes as follows:
Cobra Kai ------------------------776.18, 55
Hollywood Legends-----------761.04 , 54
Mayan Flood---------------------751.60 , 52

Hanz's Team--------------------674.89 , 46

What that tells me is that on AVERAGE the Cobra Kai has 100 more points into our builds per player than you do and are almost 10 whole lvl's ahead of you. How is that not significant? Oh, and the beauty of this game is with time that number differential only increases.

Even to be 25 points ahead of the 3rd best team is huge. Cobra Kai has the highest Average player value in the entire National minors...why? We build dots more efficiently then the rest. When I look at other teams average player value it also indicates to me that most are not doing it right. Since you don't believe me please watch all leagues this year. I promise you teams with high effective levels will be the ones winning their league. Im looking forward to collecting more gold .gifs.

Hanz, I sent you a scrim so you can see how well your dots perform. It won't be pretty for you....I promise you that.

Totally Agree!!! Builds are everything......but disagree points acurately reflects a good build.

i.e. 2 guards lv 45.
Guard 1 has 130 strength, 70 blocking, and 30ish in speed, agility, stamina, and vision.
Guard 2 has 115 strength, 80 blocking, and 50ish in speed, agility, stamina, and vision.

Guard 1 will have more points and probably at level 72 be the better build. But for this season, I would rather have Guard 2 than Guard 1.

As for the scrim....our DC is away for right now...so rain check If we don't meet in the National Tourney, then I PROMISE to set a scrim up for later on.
Yes you will kill us if for no other reason that our average lv is 44 after boosting and yours is lv 47 and not yet boosted.

Cobra Kai started in PRO or AAA ball....We started in A ball and earned our way to Canada PRO and stayed there for a couple of season. Then just like you and alot of other teams, we decided to reset when the archtypes came out. Been to Pro before, will get there again.

Winning trophies now and building for WL are not mutually exclusive.

And tbh, with multi-training secondaries get much higher earlier than they used to. So a guard with below 40 in secondaries are not going to happen (an example, I know).

When you cash in your BT's for SP's, you will have a higher value.

When you train on intense, you wil have a higher value, but once again will be somewhat short on BT's.

Both of these will help you value, but they won't help you get 3 pieces of AEQ and possibly 4.

Those do not equate to player value, so.........the glass is half full or empty?

All of these points are irrelevant unless we have the actual data to evaluate... the builds. I agree with Hanz that a lower values player can still be very effective right now, but when Kai's builds round out(if they look like I think they do), they may just be unstoppable.

As far as cashing in BTs and buying enhancements and buying AEQ... there is a fine line to walk, but if you walk it ... you can get the most out of everything and still be able to get 4 fully upgraded AEQ pieces.

I've ran about every scenario I could think of for my younger players and getting a good mix of everything seems to be the best way to go.

Maybe after the season when we win this league I'll open a build for Hanz and smittdog101, then again...I would hate for their heads to explode.

Probably shouldn't......if everyone keep their current crop of players, we will all be in Semi-pro together.....I expect to be in Elite and taking care of business to boot
