My question is ........ I work all this season on Making and testing the New Custom Plays. Will the plays still be there at the start of Season 21?

The plays you make in S20 are supposed to stay in your DPC in S21.
The plays made before S20 are supposed to be deleted.
We will have to wait until S21 to see what actually happens.

well , maybe for a season or 2 ..... or , whenever mgmt again decides to screw everything around again ....
a great move like the new age related leagues is diluted in the foolishness of this new DPC system .... has it accomplished any positives for the game ??? none I can see .... I'm open for enlightenment .....
certainly GLB mgmt 's intelligence slider was moved to -100 (stoopid) in implementing the new DPC , really ! .... you think they would try to improve the D rather than handcuff it as much as possible ...
like jerry jones , GLB mgmt appears to have difficulty making wise decisions involving the game .....

The change wasn't made to "fix" the game. It was changed because a minority of Agents couldn't figure out how to adapt.

The changes forced on the D had me actually walk away from the game for about 2 days and close to just walking away entirely because this might be the worst nerfing since the passing attack was scramed a few seasons ago.
