Catch already answered that. You can use your old DPC plays in s20, but you can't edit any of them.
I've trashed all of mine and plan on just making new ones. Will have to do it eventually and I don't think it'll make a huge difference.

The title is not entirely correct.
You can create new plays and move your LB's all you want as long as they are not blitzing.
