The tackles on our team are getting beat by many pass rush oriented DEs. Are other teams having this problem even when they out level the DEs? The center of our line is not giving up very much pressure at all but at the same time it is not really opening holes for our running backs either.

I'm just curious as to why our OLine is not keeping the QB safe even when they have a lvl or two on the DEs.

Most likely a combination of low speed, agility and vision. If an OT barely touches his agility and speed (say around 20 each max) he's going to get pummeled by DEs as they progress higher in levels, as the agility and speed difference becomes more drastic.
