Also what would you suggest the best extra SA would be?

I'd say ff chance and first step extra ability

FF% is better, although 2 make tackle % pieces and 1 FF % would help more than the other way around unless you are going for 2 of each.

For the extra SA, it is impossible to answer without knowing what the rest of the build looks like or how the DC plans to use him.

I he doesn't have at least one MT% he will have big trouble with misses if he's not on wrap up.
