Wow this is about as dead as my team forum. What you guys think of the new age based format. I know it was harder recruiting this season.

absolutely. there is just not enough people who boost to fill all the teams. ive seen way too many teams with only about half a roster or the higher level players and then everyone else is way to low to compete

This. I think build quality is really going to shine going forward. Before you could get by with a bad build and just out leveling a guy. But finding quality agents, especailly in casual leagues, I think will be increasingly difficult to find.
I bought the team half way through the offseason so I was behind as it was trying to recruit so I did the best I could. Next season I hope to be better prepared to fill any holes I may have.

I believe I can make the playoffs with a mostly CPU team. Experience counts. I do not expect issues recruiting next OS. The early bird gets the worm. Poach good builds on losing teams. I just bought the team, but experience, a track record, and honesty count in recruiting. This is our inaugural season and I think we will shock some good teams...
