Here are me level 21 QB stats:

Strength: 39.04 Blocking: 7
Speed: 16.34 Tackling: 7
Agility: 16.07 Throwing: 62.45
Jumping: 14 Catching: 14
Stamina: 35.2 Carrying: 14
Vision: 52.2 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 40.54 Punting: 7

5-4-2-2-2

I'm gonna level up by tomorrow because of training, and I'm not sure what to put my SP in. I was thinking that I should put them all in SA and either get my tight spiral to 5 and pump fake to 3, get my pump fake to 4, or get my pump fake and turn shoulder to 3.

Or... I could put them in throwing and vision and do SA later.

Throwing looks solid already, if you plan on throwing deep passes a lot I'd get strength up next and then tight spiral and pump fake. If vision and throwing would cost 2 points to raise (and I assume they either already do or are very close to it) then I think you would get the most bang for you buck out of strength. Even if you have slower WRs or aren't concerned with longer passes strength will still add velocity to your medium passes and leave defenses less time to react. Couple that with some levels of pump fake and your QB should be well on his way to freezing defenders with a fake and then throwing lightning-fast passes to capitalize on that hesitation before the CB can get back into position.

That's just my opinion though. I think that its better to build stats early and then work more on SA once most of your key stats would cost 2 points to raise.

what about agility? i heard that can help even pocket passers deftly avoid pressure in the pocket. not sure, i've only had my QB for a half a season.

I have been training agility and speed but I'm not gonna add points into there until I get better throwing attributes.

So where specifically should I put the 5 points?

Hmm I think I'll get pump fake to 4 and put 1 in strength.

I would put all 3 in strength and 2 to tight spiral, will up it 1

It takes 3 to get tight spiral up to 4.

I think I'm gonna put 4 into pump fake and get that to 4 and put 1 in strength.

if your starting i'd put some more into field gen. It'd help your overall team performance some.

Stamina instead of strength. Sounds golden and you should see some good results.
