make it that GMs who actually have a title get something and all the players.

The lolgms get squat.

You look at one of those print friendlies and then look at the summary page. Night and day.

Many teams add agents to the GM slot just so they get a trophy when their team wins a league (I think it is worthy for a player to get a trophy for a league championship, bout the only thing a player gets for winning) - i.e. LOLGM - which is a pain to assign everyone and remove everyone IMHO. I do not want to restrict anything, just make it so you do not need to do this if your team is winning to give the players a trophy. I believe a GM has its uses and do not want to restrict or eliminate it.
