for Day 0, can you signed players who create on say day 41 that boost to level 4 right away if they want to?

Is there still a separate peewee league?

i.e. Day 0 league not equal Peewee league?

day 0 league is not peewee

peewee is still the same and is still seperate.

so, the day 0 league is kind of what replaces the what the cap 4 leagues typically are (i.e. new players where some may boost right away)?

Yup cuz a boosted 0 day old player is still 0 days old.

You don't age on day 40 to day 41 rollover, so yes, day 40 create is fine for age 0 league.

Also, age 0 should be identical to cap 4, except the old cap 4 only required a player to be level 4...which could have been 4.999 XP....now, that player would go into a cap 1-40 league....which could have players at level 15.
