Any help would be appreciated on what I need to work on next. Currently I am working on his STR and would like to get it to the 3rd cap and then get VIS to the 3rd. What would be the next step and how much of a difference would it make to work on Jumping later in his career?

Dont touch his vision. It will get to about 70 from ALGs. Dont really need more. Take his agi to 81 then str to 81.

You shouldn't have touched SA's before finishing up with your atts. Strength is way too low. I can see your dot getting pancaked repeatedly by well built strong OT's, having a downward morale spiral, and suffering in the pass rushing game too. Technique Man looks good.

Track Star I'm not so high on. JTS would probably be much better for a pure pass rusher. Pass Rusher would be good too. Track Star is giving you a 2-3 point bonus to your speed at this level, but speed won't help you if you can't get past the blocker. JTS and Pass Rusher will help in that regard.
