I don't know how undefeated Silver Teams can be Ranked below CPU Gold Teams?

My Silver team was 16-0 and not even ranked in the top 100 last season.

Has to do with ranked scrimmages for your total league. Silver 3 and 7 are ranked very high this season due to the amount of ranked scrims within those leagues. Not the best formula, if your league plays a lot of tourneys everyone is moved up. Even losing a ranked scrimmage against a high ranked league will usually move you up.
