You can make him better by retiring.

Its my first player and i just wanna know how to make him better..

1) NO SAs until your majors are capped
2) Don't spread EQ around. Put it in Speed
3) Speed to 81 Cap
4) Vision to 77 Cap
5) Agility to 74 Cap

If you are not a booster, do this instead:

1) NO SAs until your majors are capped
2) Don't spread EQ around. Put it in Speed
3) Speed to 74 Cap
4) Vision to 74 Cap
5) Agility to68 Cap

^ Very good guide to get you started. There is alot more to learn, and time to put in before it all clicks. Even the experts (I wouldn't even consider myself a good builder) are learning all the time. The sim is ever-changing.

Keep the player you have. Learn all you can before you retire him and learn what to do with your other players and players you will make in the future. Retire him when you feel like you have some idea where things went wrong and how you can make a better player. I'm not trying to put you down in anyway. I really wish they would have a giant warning sign on things like spending SPs on SAs before about level 30-35, or at the very least a "are you sure?"

Everyone screws up here and there. If you could make a perfect player right out of the gate, then who would play? We'd all be awesome and competition would be lame.

Oohh i think i got it now. I kinda realized i messed up wen i saw the other players without as much SA like me.
