you can already do this.
99%-18% = 81% at 9% = 9 trains
9 light trains = 27 bt's.
take the bonus tokens you have, add 27 and set train until bonus tokens = x + 27

That's what I already do. I'm just suggesting an easier/better way. Plus, if you have over 100 BTs, it doesn't work.

Harder than it sounds, when you really think about it. Consider the following scenario:

I am at 97% strength, I have it set to train until at 99% (or higher).
Next day rolls around, it trains and gives me +10%. Now I am at 7%.
7 is less than 99, auto training keeps going.

How to handle this exactly?
