HORRIBLE things when the 2 "best" leagues don't have active forums...

usapl is the 2nd best league?

The leagues are self-locking the threads. Someone thinks about starting a conversation, then realizes "That would just get locked by some joyless mod. Then I'd have to break out my slide rule to see if I am still allowed to post." Therefore, they don't create the thread.

It's a derivation of posting based on the honor system.
