Please do so! Do what you can to win that game please. Just refrain from doing so on Monday!

I'm going to start adding my games of the week write-up to Wrath Of Conor's thread to streamline things a bit. So here it is.

Eurotrash rabid Bats 5-0 VS. Steel City War Machine 4-1

About the match up:
-Huge match up. Steal city, on paper, is the best team in alpha, but proved beatable when Armagh Rally handed them their first loss of the season in week 4. This might have been the only time I have seen Steal City's run attack stuffed. The game against Eurotrash will come down to who controls the line of scrimmage. I see Steal City putting together some tough drives, but late in the game, Eurotrash's defense should be able to wear them down. The real question is if Eurotrash's offense can get things going early. If they do, I see Steal City dropping another. If Steal City is able to contain Euro's offense [like they have in their previous two meetings], things should go in favor of Steal City. Steal City could be the first team to score a TD against Euro's defense this season, but it won't be easy. This will be a less than 20 point total scoring game.

Keys to victory:

Steel City War Machine
1) Control the clock with their running attack, and keep Euro's offense off the field.
2) Make their field goals.
3) Must not turnover the ball.

Eurotrash
1) Defense must control the line of scrimmage, and get their offense on the field.
2) Offense must capitalize off of turnovers and field position when provided by the defense.
3) Must keep the chains moving.

Prediction:

Steal City will come out strong at first, but will not be able to keep pace against Euro's defense. The game will come down to the 4th quarter, and will be decided by field goals.

-Eurotrash by 3

Going up against both teams, I honestly can't argue. I expect this to be a low-scoring affair much like our recent game with Euro.

Result/Recap: 30-22 Eurotrash over Steal City
Wow....didn't expect Steal City to come out passing the ball 70 times. I'm glad they did, because it didn't work. Steal City was held to field goals through the 3rd quarter, and did manage to score a TD late in the 4th. Eurotrash bested Steal City throughout the game on both sides of the ball. Steal City did make a comeback attempt late in the fourth quarter, but was unable to overcome their deficit. Good exciting win for Eurotrash.

Admittedly I don't think many of my picks went out on a limb, but those were pretty spot on.

Great game Eurotrash, you guys have to be ecstatic after your start so far, taking down top team after top team.
