If there is going to be a big time upset that would never be seen at any point this season it would be USB over Lisbon.

Eastern

Lisbon Sporting Club vs Huntsville Executioners

Only game that seems to be set in stone as a win is Saints over the Sharks in my opinion. Closest game will be Executioners and Unreal Faction.

I hope the Eastern matchup will be

USB Alpha Dogs vs Unreal Faction

with both of those seeming upsets according to the scripts.

Unlike last round, I think that an upset is possible in any of these four games.

Of course, I think the Voodoo has the best chance to advance to the conference championship game. The only two teams that gave the Voodoo any pause for concern in the regular season are in the other conference semifinal game. Plus, I don't think that Great White's defense is nearly good enough to stop N.O's offense.

Prediction #1: N.O. 63, Great White 17.

The other Western semifinal is a rematch of Week 16, where my Stars thumped Mt. Union. However, I don't know if my STs can roll like in that game, plus it's much harder to beat a team the 2nd time around. Mt. Union's a quality club, and they may very well have held back some in anticipating this matchup. I think I'll win the rematch, but much closer than last time:

Prediction #2: Nashville 41, Mt. Union 21.

Lisbon's defense has been just about untouchable this season, and having allowed just 14 points this season, I just don't feel like USB's offense can overpower the Lisbon defense. If USB's defense can hold, Lisbon isn't going to put up many points. While the upset's possible, I just don't believe it's likely.

Prediction #3: Lisbon 41, USB 7

This was a testy battle during the regular season, and I see this game as the one that will have upset potential. Unreal absolutely rolled through the 2nd half of the season, with the lone exception of the hiccup against Huntsville. However, Huntsville's done the same. The first meeting was close, and as New Orleans Non-Voodoo can tell you, the 2nd time around is much harder.

Prediction #4: Unreal 31, Huntsville 30

Ouch, man.

A defensive adjustment is a must, really. If you don't run a defense with at least 9 in the box, World Beater's going to paste you.
I mean, you won't give up 60, but it could be bad.

i'm not going to be happy if the reason we lose is cuz our owner leaves us high and dry while i had a great way of beating World Beater. I've ran this defensive scheme before against a player like Beater, cept he was better. He consistently averaged 6 yards a carry then we play them and I made a defensive scheme to stop him and it worked.

Though I won by a bunch in Week 16, the playoffs are such a different animal...

GG Mt. Union. I'm surprised that I was able to score 63, especially only having 46 offensive plays: you guys did a nice job of controlling the clock, holding the ball for nearly 13 minutes longer than I had it. I was really trying to pass the ball much more this game, but I never really got the chance! I'm just thankful that my defense had its best performance of the year at the best possible time. I hope I didn't use all the magic this week, because I'm going to need a bunch more next week, if who is supposed to win actually does.

You guys had a great season. Chiefy, solid work this year.

GL guys. this sucks tho....i had to stand by and watch my team go down like that....hard to win when you owner hasnt been on in 10 days and we cant do anything bout it.
