I think there should be a league for boosters and non boosters aka casual should be switched to non boosters

For the initial sort we'll also be using effective level to place teams. The 320 day old level 36 non-booster would end up in a league with similar players.

So there will 3 Wold Leagues, Elite, Competitive, and Normal? Am I reading that right?

sounds right, unless there are 31 other non boosting teams of the same age.

TBH I love the idea.
I spend flex on my players so I dont see it as a bad thing.
Put all the non boosting players on the lower tiers?

They'll just be playing in the minors, instead of competitive or elite minors. I wouldn't be surprised if they compete just fine.

they say if that were to happen nobody would play in leagues which required them to boost...

2-Will there be a quick link to figure out who the oldest players are in order for us to drop them?

3-Does this mean that teams that finish in 15th and 16th spots must move up 1 cap?

You might as well say non-boosters are not welcome. They are going to be stuck in a high level league because of their age, but no where near the level of boosters. In essence, they'll be cpu players.skill wise compared to everyone else. Yet another PFAIL on GLB's part.
