Personally, I think the main factor in these fairly evenly matched teams will be that DI is fully boosted while my Bears are only 1/3 boosted. That's just too much for my team to overcome....DI over 85B: 49-31.


Anyone else care to take a stab at a projected score?

I predict someone gets Borted and loses to 2 ST return TD's.

I hate when ST determines the outcome of a game. All the game planning goes out the window as you really can't game plan ST, so it's more pure luck if that happens. Ya it's part of football, but still don't like it, even if I win that way, feels cheap IMO.

291-277, had they been even I think Chicago plays slightly better rush defense while Dirty plays better coverage so I would give Chicago a 3-7 point win. However with such a huge advantage level wise I have to go Dirty by 10.

ST is important, but it's tough to coordinate unless you have a handful of STOP's. The problem I have is that the energy burn is so great on ST, and it shouldn't be -- especially if you have STOP's. I think most teams would go back to 6-7 STOP's plus returner if we had a little more ability to control how hard they pursue and then the energy burn wasn't so bad. It's tough when you have to use so many players from the secondary to cover kicks.

You're right, it does feel cheap though. However, it's not as bad as losing by a missed XP.

If Gerr plays lights out on Offense and DirtyMike goes into a shell (read: conservative inside rush oriented offense) due to the level advantage, I see this one being close, a la mine and Mike's silver LCG two seasons ago.

I noticed this in Gerr's playoff post from a couple days ago. Maybe it's because I was in the same league as Dharma when PW was created, but to me there is only one DI and that's Time Trial's team.
