Is configuring blocking focus ever worth it?

Does it produce big benefits?

no blocking is pointless, why blockers would need blocking? lol
kinda no sense question from you but your answer, yeah blocking is crucial to o-line mans it will help to hold defenders for longer time making your QB job easy

I haven't used my focus at all yet, and unless an owner suggests you change it, I wouldn't if I were you.

It depends on your position on the OL and what your OC asks you to set it to for each game. And if done right it is worth it.

how much of an effect does it have 20%?

To me either don't focus or focus it on what your team's tendencies on offense play calling

I only do it if I am asked to do it by the Owner/OC. Mostly it is to set it to run block for ball control offense.

I use run blocking to abuse weaker teams. Other than that I leave it unfocussed. My team is fairly balanced run/block, so only in rare instances is it worth changing for gameplay.
