1- HHWC- Defending champs. Only improved and have experienced/active coordinators
2- Saigon Whores- Always dominant with top notch builds, coordinators who care more than they like to portray, and always on top of the holes in the sim. Have a little tony romo in playoffs syndrome but favorites nonetheless
3- Hali of Shame- Look to be better than the past few seasons and with a non-kingdan DC they might even be #1 when all is said and done
4- Osaka buckeys- finally have a QB with 2aeq which killed them last season if their run game was stopped. Will build on last season and have a really good shot at wl gold. scary good
5- Midwest Masterminds- My upset pick (compared to where most rank them). Made the WL playoffs before and appear to be for real again.
6- District 9- Good coordinators and good builds. Prob not in the argument for best team in alpha but very good
7- Smurfs- I think they start slow but turn it on like alpine did when they need to down the stretch to get in and once in the playoffs all bets are off
8- Nairobi Warthogs- Another surprise pick. I think will sneak into the playoffs because i think only 1 new playoff team would be too weird
9- Socal BDC- Great team but i think they just miss out
10- NBA Jam Arcade- I think they along with socal will probably only not make the playoffs due to tiebreakers or maybe 1game out. Will be in the hunt though for sure. Crazy good builds on that team but 72s might hurt a bit. If this was last season's alpha they'd be in
11- Cobra Kai- Don't think they have the horses. Will probably get some quality wins but alpha is a lot tougher this season than last
12- Chicago Hedgehogs- Have some players for sure and Wise always does a good job and like the organization but i just don't think they'll make it. I wouldn't be surprised if they made it but if was forced to bet on it, i prob would have to go against.
13- Aloma hugo reefers- dunno anything about them unfortunately
14- Cypriot Freedom- ditto above
15- Mayan Marauders- ditto above
16- St john salty dogs- ditto above

1- Chocolate Blaze- Favorites every season. Stacked with the best builds in the league and a owner who is always on top of any weak point in the sim coding.
2- Indy Gurupies- Sick builds, the best STOPs in GLB and good coordinators. Looking to avenge their playoff woes the past 2seasons and don't need to blow their load till then either since they're prob a lock for the playoffs
3- ESL- They haven't lost a lolscrim yet and their avg eff sp is really high. Was easily the best Pro team last season imo and they have coordinators who know the WL dance
4- Alpine- zeta champs last season but also needed a miracle run and tiebreakers to even make the playoffs. Scary fast dots but with the new sim changes we'll see if they can keep it up
5- Carthage Mad Clash- Great team last season and look to be in a similar situation this season. Good top to bottom organization
6- Semerang Redbulls- Good agents, good builds/eff avg sp, and looking good in preseason.
7- Mayan Prophecy- Wouldn't be a WL season if mayan didn't have a late season surge to sneak into the playoffs. Have potential to win zeta but i think they like the 7/8 seed
8- QCBC- Say what you want, but they keep hanging around. Top notch coordinators and while the builds may not be blaze/saigon depth elite, they have a lot of great builds and good aeq/va on the right guys. I think they sneak in and look to pull off the big 1st round upset
9- Gunny- Needed tiebreakers last season to make it and this season the roster seems the same judging by the chemistry while other teams continue to get better than their season 16 dominance. I think they're a great team but prob won't have the tiebreaker this season
10- Monowi Wowi- Good team that had poor 2nd half last year. I think they have the builds and tactics but don't think they'll start 6-0 or whatever they did last season. I think like gunny will miss on tiebreakers or 1 win away.
11- Warsaw Wrath- Good team and i wouldn't be surprised if they make it but WL is superstacked
12- Stewart Ballers- Dominated pro last season but i think will fall short here. Prob will get a few quality wins though and could play and upset role down the stretch
13- Caligari Outbreak- Just happy to be here. Probably playing for a season defining win over a top team to hang their hats on
14- Brazillian Dirty Sanchez- Good farm team but not gonna make much noise here
15- Village Dogs- not gonna happen
16- Emmaus Hornets- If this was season 7 i'd probably have them in the playoffs but it's not
