Whats the difference between regular equipt and advanced equipt? If you have regular equipt. and its +3 and you have advanced equipt. +1...Should you use the regular equipt.?

Yeah, unless the AEQ also has something else attached that might help you more than an extra two points in the attribute. You can upgrade the AEQ with bonus tokens and increase its attributes.
