Is he a non-booster?

yeah pretty much

cool, heh, was getting ready to chastise you for doing str to early then realized he was very low leveled for his age.

I'd finish your vision and str caps. Work tackling up with training as it should be capped endgame.

Also, as a non booster it hurts not to have 4 AE. Make Tackle, 1 or 2 BB and maybe a tunnel vision is what I'd recommend.

Thanks alot man, that really helps me out.
