You only could determine the best conference before the season starts when there was CB and Val dominating, right now the game is much less predictable than before.

Midwest and Hedgehogs are 2 of the best for sure and you're under rating a few IMO but if you look overall zeta is much weaker this season and Alpha looks better TBH
