most elite LBs end up with vision around 75

Debatable. I would've done agility first though. Can't react to plays you read if you can't change direction very well.

I did Agi first, but taking vision to 74, so with ALG's should be somewhere around 77+ at his peak

i would have done agility before vision as well. if you are going for zone, then i would do vision before agility, but for man, i would say agility should be right there behind speed.
