if you are a booster
1) speed to 74 natural (or at least 68)
2) agility to 74 natural (or at least 68)
3) vision to 74 natural (or at least 68)

don't touch anything else before you achieve that, than return for advice
If you are no booster, I cannot give advice, because I have no idea how high you can take skills
