If they decide to do an A league it will probably have a lvl cap. However, it is my understanding that at this time rumors are a fly for cap/limitation features with nothing set in stone. Based on the success of the current A league capped leagues we will probably see the rest of the A leagues that come out be capped in the same fashion.

That's what I'm talking about. Africa being new and all should've been for lower level players. Maybe the cap could have been raised for each step up like lvl 12 for AA, 15 for AAA and 18 for Pro or something.

I thought it didnt count if they were on the team before the cap was set into place?

For the new A league lvl 13 caps you can not SIGN any player that is over cap. If they are on the team and either by boosting or by xp lvls they go beyond the cap there is no penalty.

As for the older leagues that dont have a cap they dont know what they will be doing they are looking at ways to balance the leagues so people dont bring in a bus load of 20's+ to dominate for example sake a AA league where the medium league lvl might be 15.

The concept is for players to move up into Pro Leagues not down to pad their stats. Higher lvl players in higher leagues. Friends teams and all those other rare things have and are still looked at but thats why its hard to settle on an actual cap system that is fair for the majority and screws the people trying to pad their stats because they dont have a good build to handle it where they should.

Lower leagues should be capped, but the top three should not. Plenty of room for low levels down where they belong.

I feel that AA should have been capped for Africa since it is a new league. That being said some fool took a bunch of level 20's to the AA#1 league just to get a trophy for his team named the "Kinshasa Rumblers".

I just don't understand how that is fun for anyone involved. I would imagine it is like playing a game on easy and never getting scored on (sports) or being hit with a bullet (FPS)...but different strokes for different folks I guess.

Kinshasa won't win AA#1. The league is tough and there is no guarantee any team will win it. It sucks they are so high comparable to everybody else, but teams in AA#1 have proven they can win despite that. Kigali should win AA#1 IMO.
