i really hope all of you team owners are able to maintain your teams. from what i can tell this season has been a good season for everyone in spite of losing records. teams seem to be trying really hard to win. there are lots of good teams and imho, good owners here.

i hope the new changes to plateau and other things are the reason this season feels so much better than previous seasons.

Ditto!

It definitely is a lot tougher cause of all the teams talent levels as well as gameplanning, but the competition and activity in the forums is well worth it.

This league this season reminds me of SEA Pro about 4 seasons ago, when any team could win on just about any given week. If you blow off one gameplan against a team you think you should dominate, it can come back to bite you.

My hat is off to all the great owners and coordinators here, and thanks for making this a fun and challenging season from top to bottom.

And this thread has what to do with you? All I see is an agent complimenting the entire league and you trying to make it about yourself...Go focus on what you can do to stop my team because right now I have us favored by 28

for me it really is fun again. before the Dark Ages of GLB (Seasons 14 to 16), players were on teams for 8 to 10 seasons and you really could game plan well. i knew our rivals 10 10 to 15 players by name. we recruited during the off-season to stop specific players and teams. during 14 to 16 we recruited to fill slots.

when GLB was fun for me, we knew eden sin had butt n ugly, madagascar had the norrin radd & all screen offense it seemed, the storm had smashface webster. the sand monsters were going require some innovation on defense if we were going to win. we started game planning for the next game with those guys almost the day after we played them in the present season. i think we are heading back into that type of direction again.

Radja - I hadn't thought about this, but I think you are dead on. One of the longest conversations in our forum history was how to stop Big Sitton (the answer turned out to be "sign him when his team retires"). I do miss those days. I think the extended plateau will help us do that again.

Really nice work spelling that out. Never occurred to me, but so totally true. I knew it was more than "for the first 6 seasons I had to replace 5 guys and not 35 guys" but the rivalries really get improved when you can spend time planning rather than recruiting 50 days every season.
