I'm planning on getting agility, tackling, and vision to 74, then getting speed as high as I can before i need to round out stam/conf.

I feel your pain brother. My DC has me sharing time as a LE....lol.... I'm not sure if I would have dumped all my eq into speed though. I would have dumped it into strength. Even though you feel the need for speed!!!! I'm thinking you should at least cap vision first. Train vision on normal to 30.....save BT and SP until you can cap it.....then worry about speed.
I feel it only fair to put up my build....believe me....I need help also!!!!!
