Run blocking scouting bar has been at 78 for-ever.
What do i gotta do to get my 60 Guard to 80 run blocking and that Gold bar?

I would suggest taking agility to 77 first but 68 speed will most likely improve your scouting bar sooner.

a little more vision should put it into gold, speed too but it doesn't need to get to 68 to get to gold bar

What does Vlade Divac know about dots?

i recommend following:

STR to 91+
AGL to 78+
SPE to 61+

all your other attributes are at, or above what i have.

This happens a lot. I think it comes down to a couple points. I have went from green to gold by simply training a skill in the past.
