I saw this on another forum, so I decided to bring it up for ours as well...

What are your favorite NFL and NCAA teams?

I am a Redskins fan and a Notre Dame fan. I went to the school with the greatest Div I-A football program in NCAA history...if you count losing. I went to NMSU who hasn't been in a bowl game since 1960...yes, you read that right. I became a Notre Dame fan in the 80's and have been one ever since (since my real school sucks). And once I started supporting them, they started to suck... Come to think of it, the Redskins haven't won a Superbowl since the early 1990's and that has got to be my fault.

Maybe I should switch my favorite teams to ones I actually want to have lose... I seem to have the knack for failure.

Also, I take no responsibility for future trash-talking in this thread. I have a feeling that there will be some Aggie-Longhorn posts coming up...

One historically terrible team, and one historically elite team. It makes me bi-polar at times.

Browns and Buckeyes...

A few of the Cowbells are Browns fans, including our team owner.

Aggies (alma mater) and Texans (i live in houston) - my favorite teams aren't very good these days
But at least the Aggies are on a 2-game winning streak against the Longhorns. I just wish the Thanksgiving game was more significant than just deciding who is 2nd (or 3rd) in the Big 12 South...

If you can't tell by my avatar, I'm a huge Husker fan! Looking forward to seeing what Bo and company can do this upcoming season. As far as pro goes, I have been a GB fan since the days of Magic Man Majkowski (who sucked balls). It was a sad day when Favre retired!

I am a diehard Browns fan since birth and graduated from OU. So those are the two teams I pretty much follow.
