You're never going to be the greatest, or even close. Constructive advice - he needs more punting. I would get punting to at least 80.54 naturally like bill said. Then 61 or 68 confidence. Then finish str if necessary and then vision

Really though, I would not spend flex boosting this guy. He won't ever amount to much due to your focus on strength over punting. If he was my player he would be pushing up daisies before next season.
