I agree. It's pretty bad, but the dude was right. You should be alright against slow builders in lower leagues.

At level 37, even for a non booster, ~30 Stamina, ~25 Jumping, and ~25 Confidence should suffice for a SS. Those ~75 SP's you put in those three attributes would have been way better spent bringing Speed and Agility up to the 4:1 cap. You didn't say what you put into Carrying and Catching, either. To be level 37 without a single attribute at or above 70 naturally is detrimental.
