I thought I’d do this coinciding the power rankings. Hope you enjoy.

Thailand vs. Bangkok

Neither of these teams have chemistry; however, Bangkok has the upper hand in that. On the offensive side of the ball Bangkok also wins due to a strong running game with a nice wr to level it out. Thailand is averaging level 15 and 16s and even has a CPU...tisk tisk tisk. On defensive once again Bangkok takes the cake with a couple of 20's and the rest of the players above Thailand’s. Thailand can’t stop the pass and that is what will kill them.

Winner: Bangkok


Bali vs. Xian

Bali will win the chemistry battle and will destroy this team on offensive and defense. The only way Xian can win is with a stellar gamelan or lots and lots of steroids.

Winner: Bali


San Fran vs. Phnom

I don’t want to come off as bias but I think the Gold Rush can pull an upset with a 60 yard kick in the end. Just maybe.

Winner: San Fran



Sault Ste Vs. New York

Sault has the Chemistry in this battle, and their passing and running game will destroy New York. On defense it goes again to Sault ste. However, Sault has many ups and downs on defense from a level 20 SS to a level 14 cb. Need to shore up depth if they want to shut New York out.


Winner: Sault Stre


Naron vs. Davao

Naron wins the chem. battle doubling what Davao has in overall. Looking at qbs Davao should win passing game with a level 20, but their qb has not shown up this year with 1 td for 4 interceptions. As far as defense Davao has this. As long as they play smart on offense and don’t turn it over, they can win, even lacking chem. however, I don’t see that happening.

Winner: Naron


Singapore Vs. Bien Hoa

Singapore once again comes in with the teamwork, and Bien shouldnt even be able to do a high five correctly. offesnvily the only thing bien has going for them is a guard...yeah there fucked. on defense Bien is well rounded whereas Singaore has its ups and downs with level 20 and 13. it could go either way on defense. in the end though Singapore is just to smart.

Winner: Singapore


Cite Solei Vs Garut

Garut has the better overall chem. but cite solei have the better offensive and defensive. Could go either way. In terms of offense but are weak but at least Cite solei doesn’t have a level 8 o-line, so Cite Solei gets the offensive cake. On defense same case, Cite Solei is weak in the teens, but Garut is nothing but level 8's. They won’t contend. Cite Solei should consider this game a lock.


Winner: Cite Solei


Hong Kong Vs The

First off, what the fuck kind of city is named the...? Anyways, in the battle of chem., elephant takes it with 100, in everything, and Hong Kong below 70 in overall. However the defense is a strong 92 and defense a par 81. However, they won’t compete with elephants team work. On offense a UN boosted Hong Kong team looks good not great, but good, the elephants lack a proven qb, but have a nice line and running game. On defense this teams are matched. They both have a strong defense and will clash quite a bite. However, when it’s all said and done, I think the elephants teamwork overcomes the small be problem and wins the game.


Winner: The Elephants

i think you focused wayyyy to much on chemistry..i know its important (only thing that kept PSK from winning it all last year), but I wouldnt have stressed that issue as much as you did

And as for the Hustler's game, I'm predicting a blowout in the mid to upper 30 point range. I think you put too much thought into chemistry perhaps.

All in all a good read J dog, I'll have to put something up one of these weeks with all the time and effort you guys have put in.

i didnt stress chem to much. only in close games such as hong kong hustlers vs elephants. otherwise i did levels and stats. however thanks for the crit, i plan doing these for every week, so ill keep in mind for next week.

it was a tough one. i dont see a blowout. could go either way, i just went with elephant as my edgy pick. my on your seat could he be right pick.

Wow how the mighty have fallen from grace when you really think the Riders and us are a close match. I guess those two losses really made our stock plummet.

Oh Jordan please don't tell me you still look at the matchup comparison page. Cuz the entire GLB community (including mods) agreed that that thing is, what was the phrase? Like a underdeveloped overly intoxicated monkey throwing darts at a wall covered in fecal matter. Somethin like that..

On paper, the hustlers should own the riders. I would say it would be a disappointment if the riders even score a touchdown. We shall see..........

i guess your right on this..we lost to the swarm who according to the matchup bar shouldnt even be in the same breath as PSK...the matchup bar is fun to look at though

if you want to see if the matchup bar is somewhat close or extremely wrong compare this weeks game PSK vs Hanoi Knights there both 36 overall but come back tommorow when PSK wins by 30+..(knock on wood)

no i never use the matchup thing? why you think that? i mean stats as in from games. and levels as in your player levels
