Where should I be looking to improve short term? I have 10 SP that I'm thinking I should be holding onto to second cap Conf next.

If you're holding 10 SP, you gotta consider capping str since your AT is boomer, and the decimal is about to roll.
It's an odd looking build though as I don't understand why at level 25 you only have con single capped. How long did you spend SP in kicking?
