but if we are talking end game build for a new archetype dot, than you can easily exceed those numbers.

120 speed/80 agility. If you hit lvl 72 and you're like my return man, you can get it as high as 123/96. That to me is the sweet spot, provided you're specializing in Spin.

What tactics do you use (running style) to make best use of this build? I have a guy with 142 spd, 82 agi, and was thinking of changing them up...

Sorry this response is late. I do 100 Super Elusive, since I'm a spin specialist. Agility is paramount to triggering spin, but I find you don't need triple digit agility for it.
