what sad lives today's children lead.

this answers all my questions about the laziness of children today.they need to Get off the PC and go get some exercise. childhood obesity wouldnt be such a problem if children spent less time on the PC and video games and more time doing something actually productive. Id blame this on the parents.

its been proven that physical activity everyday is good for you regardless of if your in good shape. your not getting much cardiovascular activity, which is good for your heart sitting at a computer. So daking lets kill two birds with one stone. why dont your get off the computer and jog down to the library and checkout"spelling for dummies".
