What do I work on next? I really don't have any direction with what to do at this point...

Look to add another HB% item
Possibly take a bit of equipment out of str to add to agi maybe one piece
pump up get low SA

Those seem to be obvious choices
after that, I would start investing into a few SAs, that you like
f.e. Protector, if you keep playing LOT

Oops did not see you were playing LOT saw the run tree CE and figured you were ROT . If you want to be LOT Protector at 8+ is a minimum and Foundation would also be very good to have .
