We're not bragging or trash talking. I just want a place for my team's agents to let other potential agents know what it's like to be on the Syracuse Synergy. I can say whatever I want in a recruitment PM, but at the end of the day, the true sign of a good team is one in which the agents have fun.

Hey guys
When I first joined this team I thought they were a decent temporary home for my dots but I was gonna leave later to a more elite squad. RB23 was very active and seemed smart so I signed up. I only had my returner on the team. Well I had the most fun I had ever had in GLB that season as we won a bunch of close games in the playoffs to win the championship. But I realized that it wasn't just the winning that was good. It was the atmosphere. We had lots of other agents that were good and we discussed the results of every game.
After that I had to have more and brought my DE and entire O-line to the team after voegma had to move his guys to his own team. Since then I've been along for some excellent seasons including a championship win in AAA
Basically I know that no matter what RB will stretch the team to be as good as humanly possible and that's the best you can ask from an owner. He does the offense and defense for the team since basically forever but has done some amazing things with it. I dont know how but we go from being a mediocre team to pulling all kinds of crazy upsets in the playoffs or late in the season. One time we even lost to a team 54-6 and then beat them easily in the playoffs. And this season we beat the 2nd seed in the league in the playoffs even tho nobody thought we would win
Now they are going to be basically the only team I have dots on. While I think it was a little more fun in the capped league days when everything wasnt so SERIOUS BUSINESS it's still so fun to be on this team. Even tho we don't steamroll the league we are capable of beating almost anyone.
From one agent to another, joining Syracuse is a decision you won't regret. I'm moving all my dots here and I am treating this team like my own

Syracuse is a great place, RB23 knows his stuff and the GMs are great, agents are great, just a cool team to be a part of.

I've been with the Synergy for 4 seasons now (maybe more?) and I must say I've enjoyed it. The team is for the most part one of the more active teams I've ever had my dots on. RB takes his time to communicate, a GLB rarity, which helps keep the morale high. The Synergy is a good place to consider heavily if you are looking for a Pro or WL caliber team.
