Looks like we finally got our act together there today. I think it is time to go Bear hunting next week.

Hey, someone responded in the quietest forum in the game! I was wondering how long it would take.

The Bears entered the stadium formerly known as Joe DiMascio's House of Touchdowns and came away with the loss. Providing us with a human sacrifice after the game was too nice of you as well.
With the defeat of our tormentor (Joe DiMascio) now complete, the Cannibals are pleased to announce they will be accepting new corporate sponsorship for the naming rights to the stadium.
We look forward to our trip to Cook Island. I hear the local population is DELICIOUS.

Following our victory over the Bears the Cannibals gave the gameball to OLB Cyrus Darby, who has the honor of having the stadium named after him (until we give away our next game ball).
Mr. Darby was so thrilled with the honor, he has provided all the villagers with 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' coupons for Spicy Mustard Toddler Legs at the next home game. The villagers are pleased. Cyrus Darby jerseys are now sold out in Papua New Guinea.
As for the Cobras, the rumors were correct....we had excellent pre-game people pancakes. Our players are now ready to devour the competition.

Yeah, I gotta say, the Cannibals have come a long way since I first scouted the conference. Palau was fortunate to get them in the first game before they got rolling.

Following the convincing win against the Cook Island Cobras, the Cannibals issued the game ball to RB Jim Vike and re-named the stadium "Jim Vike's House of Touchdowns".
Majuro will be visiting Papua New Guinea next....please bring someone tasty for the post game buffet.

Maybe we were "fortunate" to play them early, but I don't think we had hit our stride at the time of the first game either. We have improved greatly from game 1 till now. Good luck to all you guys.

I would agree with your self-assessment. We are better (as in we didn't have several of our starters in the first game), but you guys are playing better as well. I don't think it was meant as a knock on you....

The Marshalls brought an excellent sampling of their population which we roasted together following another Cannibal victory. The villagers were also pleased with the Toddler Legs, which were as spicy and tasty as any we have ever served at the stadium.
We will be visiting Dayton next, looking for victory on the field and a side trip to replenish our Toddler Leg supply. Can't let the villagers go without their favorite treat.

Gunner Moschetti was awarded the game ball after his nearly flawless 15-17 performance against the Marshalls. Congrats Gunner.

After a 34-7 victory over the Dayton Buckeyes, the Cannibals now seem poised for the stretch run in Oceania A#3. The villagers are excited about the 6 game win streak and have made it impossible to find a Cannibals jersey in any of the local huts.
Johnny 'Beagle' Licktysplit gave a clinic on how to play the TE position in our most recent game and was awarded the game ball and the naming rights to our stadium for the next game.
Dayton FS Terry Kalk is considering retirement after realizing he is no match for the Beagle on this play: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=7860722
The Streator Storm visit Johnny 'Beagle' Licktysplit's House of Touchdowns next, in a game that has special meaning for Cannibal OG Will Smash. Apparently there is some history there. I would anticipate a few pancakes in this one.
