With all the teams quitting, demoting, or going non-competitive, any experienced Gold OC's need a position in S17?

I ran the Bears totally on both sides, with some input from my Asst-OC's, in S16. Though my offense ended up ranked 6th in the league, that was mainly because I racked up the yardage against CPU teams, so it's higher than my skill really is. I always struggled against the good defenses.

If you are a top end Gold OC, I am willing to totally turn over the Offense to you. Or if you just want to help in a more consultant role or Asst-OC role, I am game for that also. Either way, I could use more help designing a new offense for S17 and help running it.

Anyone game? Now is the time to speak up as once Day 40 hits, my original plan is a go as I like to build my players for my offense.

I will go ahead and warn anyone before they take this position that Gerr has extremely high expectations and is not a very easy person to work with. EDB was irate almost every time he got done talking to Gerr and that guy is actually quite easy going, as little as it may have shown on GLB.

The Bears are a great team and this is a great opportunity but its one I warn you be ready to take before you sign up.
