I have 218 in my inbox, tried to delete about 215 of them. Here's what I keep getting;

414 Request-URI Too Large

same thing happens if you update too many positions on the depth chart. Just try deleting fewer at a time and it should work. A workaround, yes, but its still a bug.

I was able to duplicate this error. Seems like a bug even though the work around mentioned above seems to work.

This is not a Bug. You can't delete more then 50 messages at a time. It is a known thing.

Yup, known issue - 50 is the limit. The error message isn't the best.
