Butte is in an inferior division and clearly benefiting from it, but come playoff time i wonder how their morale will kick in?! they have a bunch of underpaid players...just a thought!!!

i don't think it'll be anything like that but i just re-did my players and now their base morale is a 2.5-2.8...and that's with a salary of 120K...Butte has players only making 24-50k a season at levels 22-27...that can't be good for the individual player morale?!

i am starting to see how the new salary structure can affect teams now...again should be interesting!!!!

the chargers are a relatively decent squad, but could they be playing better if they spent a little more money on their player salaries?! i would imagine morale is low for this squad.

the new system has checks and balances, grossly overpaying players may hurt your team in the long run and give others teams free money, but if you don't pay them enough they won't perform as well.
