2 ways to play them and build them, imo...
1. build them like a normal running QB and stack them with pass quality EQ and let them throw some drags along with their rushes to keep the defense slightly honest.
2. stack them with break tackle % or fake % (depending on what your bonus SA is) and run a fairly even split between inside and outside rushes. scouting your opponent and figuring out their AI will be able to further break down when and where your QB should be running the ball.

I got a rushing QB in Elite 1 and hes number 1 in conference , and it is OC's first season to use a rush QB
