If you notice this dot has 2 AEQ piece but has 41% hold block.

Even with a 5% piece I think the max you can get at level 71 is 23%

The 2nd piece is cut in half so it would be worth 11-12%

So how exactly does this dot have 41% hold block?

Pretty sure there was an error that caused both % piece to show full value last season but I thought that was fixed...

25 is the max, and then 12.5 to that ..... so 37.5

this i thought the same thing but he had a local endorsement and it hasn't refreshed i guess but almost every local endorsement comes with a + to blocking or catching so it makes me wonder

Damn, even if he did have a 3rd maxed out piece the highest possible would be 40.25%. That's weird.

if it is a cache issue, my guess would be that he has a base +3% hold block and a base +2% hold block.

Fully upgraded through L64 = 21% + 20%/2 = 31%. Had an endorsement worth 10% hold block?

or just +10 I guess.
