This mid-season upgrade is going to be my biggest question Catch, just be prepared please. There's NO f'in excuse for it!!

This is an offseason move imo, and i will be questioning the HELL out of it!

I won't be online at the Q/A for tonight. Can someone do me a big favor and get the "low-down" to why a big sim tweak was made midseason as this kind of change could 1000% have been fixed this offseason.
