Is there a way substitute DE's based on package or formation?

I use Run Stuffer DE's in my system but need to implement Pass Rushing DE's for passing down situations.

How can I do this?

You can't do this unfortunately

Thats ridiculous.. If you can replace a NT you should be able to replace a DE..

If you want to make sure you have you pass rushers in on 3rd and long, then have the pass rushers listed as the starters and the run stoppers as the backups. And then set force starters in on 3rd down. You can then use your pass rushers on ST's more than the run stoppers so that the run stoppers will get the initial snaps at the start of a drive.
