Let me just get this out of the way, by even knowing that phrase and where it originated, I officially give up my GLB man card. I've been at the mercy of my wife's chain on my nuts for many and many seasons but like many P.O.W's before, I'll use whatever tools my captor let's slip into my hands.

I'm not going to do a normal ranking but just look at teams and give my opinion why they have a chance at wearing Zeta jewelry at the end of the season. So let's get started in no particular order besides how they're listed on the current zeta page. One little pet peeve of mine is team names that don't fit the regions they play in. In GLB Today, it doesn't mean much since demotion and promotion has teams all over the map, I can still deduct style points though.

San Sebastion Ibises- played teams tough and upgraded (?) at QB. As long as they didn't regress any, they should be able to compete at a high level in the grinder. They've been busy this preseason and looks like making good use of their offseason.

Randy thinks- You're in it to win it dawg!

Razorback Nation 50 man roster may hurt them in a deep Zeta conference but on paper they all seem to be peaking at the right time to make a serious push up the ladder.

Randy thinks- it doesn't have enough UGHH!

Guam Gorillas I always see their GMs/Owner hustling in the forums. Does that translate on the field, doesn't appear to me that it will. Still a few holes left and the roster levels are all over the place.

Randy thinks- really just OK dawg.

Berlin Kreuzberg Red Stars A top team from last season that according to posts, is not the same as last season. Still makes them a contender though and a team that no one will sleep well at night when they face them. A few holes left to fill and some roster inconsistencies may hold them down but not out.

Randy thinks- Pitchy but you worked it out dawg

Guadalcanal Gunners- Gunners get back to Opro but will they make any noise once the dirt starts to fly. I would like to say yes, we have a good core of players that are rising at the same time and should peak at the right moment. We've had the same GM's forever so this isn't our first rodeo and the bright lights won't blind us to our ultimate goals. Still we're low on levels compared to some other teams and that might put a little speed bump under this seasons plans of Oceanic domination.

Randy thinks- Yo Dawg there's some good stuff and some bad stuff...

Sumatra Sea Hawks- For the most part there's good level consistency and I know this team comes to play every game. I think this team will be fighting for a top 4 spot at the end of the season.

Randy thinks- The competition is on!

Syracuse Synergy- I don't know much about this team, they could be golden gods of dotball for all I know. They pulled it out when they needed to last season in AAA1 so they are definitely in the darkhorse part of the race but still it looks like it's held together with chewing gum, duct tape and force of will from the outside.

Randy thinks- You did your own thing dawg

Sin City Silent Assassins- For the most part, great level consistency and timely maturation will make them hard to beat by itself. Not a single inactive and an owner that seems willing to jump through the screen to personally beat dots to death if it's necessary for a win and it looks like this team is ready to get fitted for a crown.

Randy thinks- You got your slaying on

Legends on Time- They're SSB's so they're going to be underleveled. They'll be dick whipping a lot of teams if you don't pay them their due respect.

Randy thinks- Hot! Fire! Fire!

California Kings- wow, get ready for some hard times with Bubba. It's going to be one of those seasons, may god have mercy on your poop chute.

Randy thinks- Not good Dawg, not good at all.

Kingman Reef Clippers- Good last season but really didn't fill in their roster for this one. I think if they can get points early they could steal some games but it's not going to be easy.

Randy thinks- It's really just Ok

Dayton Gunslingers- Preseason wasn't kind to them and if they don't start inserting feet to ass soon, it may be an unrewarding Pro season.

Randy thinks- little rough for me..

Olden Swillers- Gambler, what season of the reboot/rebuild are you on? Feels like an eternity ago. I nicknamed you the Placeholders because somehow you avoid relegation.

Randy thinks- Dawg! Dawg? You feel me.

Rekohu Raptors- don't know this team personally but it doesn't look like they'll have much more success (imo) this season than last.

Randy thinks- Oh god dude...

Monte Carlo Red Glare- Interesting mixture of deep vets and young vets. Played pretty good dotball last season but will their AARP guys drag down their quality here. I give the team style points for the many dick and ass related names in their gm list.

Randy thinks- Too much to handle ryan.

Island of Misfit Whores- Looks to be built for an long end run to the season. Their preseason has been very productive and has all the marks of an early front runner.

Randy thinks- The competition is on. It's on!

America Eliminates California Kings

Piss and moan at your convenience.
